Cancellation Policy
**CANCELLATIONS WEEKDAYS**
Deposit Lost
--Cancellations or reschedules within exactly a week (7 days) prior to your appointment, deposit is lost and a new one will be required to book again
$60 Set Fee
--Cancellations or reschedules that happen within 6-3 days prior to the appointment. If you had a VIP, and/or multiple services, those fees will be added
Full Service Fee
--Cancellations or reschedules the day prior, same day or no shows. If you had a VIP, and/or multiple services, those fees will be added
**CANCELLATIONS SATURDAYS**
Set fee of $65
--Any reschedules or cancellations regardless of how anticipated of a notice given up to the day prior
If you had a VIP or more than one service scheduled, the cost of those will be added
Full service cost
--If you cancel, reschedule or don’t show up to your appointment the day it was scheduled
PLEASE NOTE:
-I will NOT accept ANY emergency excuse without valid, legit proof. Otherwise the corresponding policy will be applied as stated
-Please be aware that only emergencies that affect you or your immediate family are considered.
-Work situations will NOT be justification for waiving any fees. If you book an appointment during your work hours or days, I DO NOT take responsibility if anything changes and you cant make the scheduled appointment. Policies will be enforced as stated
